Your eyes, too, want exercise!

Exercise, especially strength training, has an effect on mood in people over the age of 62, according to a report published in the Journal of Aging and Physical Activity. One explanation, according to Arent, is the positive impact strength training has on seniors' self-esteem. “Strength exercise reduces the reduction of muscle mass and bone density, which can conflict with an elderly person's independence and quality of life,” he adds. “Once-difficult jobs, such as grocery shopping, are no longer a problem.” And it's incredible how easily an older person's stress disappears when he or she can restore neglected physical interests like playing with grandkids or planting.

Exercise Your Eyes
Heat your hands by rubbing them together. (If you like, you can shake them or position them in front of a heat vent.) Then close your eyes. With your warm hands, shield your eyes. Make sure your hands don't cross your eyelids, and your cheekbones aren't resting on your face. Place your weight on your forehead if you want to rest your head on your shoulders. Then have a peek at the darkness. Wait before you see the shadows whether you see dots or zaps of light. Don't rush. Do this for 5 to 15 minutes at least twice a day.

Exercise also aids in the reduction of blood pressure. Exercise will also help your lungs, as they will become more conditioned, allowing you to do tasks such as ascending stairs without being out of breath. Muscles that aren't used shrink and become inelastic, but aerobic exercise tones the body by increasing muscle capacity, strength, and endurance while burning calories. Choose an activity that you love and stick with it to help you relieve tension and increase productivity.

Arm Workout
1. Fold the knees so that the elbows are at a 90-degree angle.
2. Wave your arms forward and backward, with your elbows high in the back.
3. In the front, strive not to swing your arms too high or around your body (hands should not be higher than shoulder height, nor should they reach your body's midpoint).
4. Maintain a 90-degree angle at the elbows during the swings.

About everybody appears to use family life as a reason for not exercising from time to time, resulting in the loss of even a single fitness value.
